Russ Throckmorton
is the Broker-in-Charge of K&R Properties. He served in the US Army for 29 years, retiring as a LTC in 1989. Since that date, Russ has worked actively in real estate. He was a top producer at Homeowners Limited for many years until he decided to focus strictly on rental management so he could give property owners the personal treatment they deserved.

He is implementing many innovations to enhance the internet exposure for our owner’s properties and extending the exposure of K&R Properties to other communities within NC. He is also a licensed Real Estate Broker.
